GRAND CONDOTEL CONDOMINIUM & GRAND CONDOTEL VILLAGE (MOO BAN)
PROVIDED SERVICES
Grand Condotel Village (Moo Ban) & Grand Condotel condominiums are two separate Juristic Entities with separate management's.
The two entities jointly own the common area ground that the village and the condominium both use, such as the streets, the gates, the security walls, the street lighting, and the lower pool and club house area.
Both the Mooban, and the Condominium share in the maintenance cost to upkeep all of the common area’s.
The maintenance of the jointly owned common areas is currently entrusted to the Mooban to manage and the Condominiums pay a monthly fee for its share of those recurring commonly shared expenses as well as extra costs for our share of non-scheduled repairs and upgrades. These include:
- Half the cost of maintaining the streets and the front and beach gates and security walls.
- Half the cost of providing street lighting and maintaining the lights.
- Half the cost of street cleaning and maintaining the common gardens.
- Half the cost of cleaning and maintaining the lower pool and surrounding area as well as the toilets and showers.
- Half the cost of providing 2 guards for the front gate daily and half the cost of providing 2 guards at the beach gate daily.(one in daytime and one in the night time in each location, 4 in total)
In the event that any co-owner should be unhappy with the services provided by the Mooban, please contact the front desk in
order that the condominium management could ask the Mooban to rectify the situation.
The grand condominium has agreed to a management requests that all residents observe the following security rules and
