CHILDREN’S PLAYGROUD
Grand Condotel condominium has a grassy Children's Playground Area located at
the garden on the north side of the building.
Residents are welcome to use this area during all daylight hours but
residents must supervise their children when using it.
Please be mindful of the adjacent condos and try not to make excessive noise
that might disturb them.
Residents using this grassy area to exercise your pets
are required to clean up after them.
This area is reserved for the exclusive use of the Grand Condominium high
rise and low rise residents and their children.
This is the private property of the Grand Condominium and is not part of the
mooban.
